Training for a Tri!

Training hasn't been easy to say the least. Swimming is a lot harder than it looks. Trying to form some sort of routine with biking, running, and swimming.....I don't like running however if I am racing then I always seem to do better then but I need to train........The tri is for first and second timers....which I am thankful for. This will be mine and Renee's first Tri! It consist of 1/4 mile swim....bike 12 miles...and run for 3 miles! We are excited and nervous because of training....However we barely trained for the duathlon and we both finished! lol Anyways, I will keep you guys updated on our training and will post some pics and info when the day arrives! :o) Until then....Happy training!

Well guys it has been a lonnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggg time coming. I haven't been able to watch these sweet boys in such a long time! But today is a different story :o) I got to watch them to allow my sweet friends go to dinner. The boys played so good and the time went by way to fast! They have grown so much! I just wanted to update everyone on our sweetest new addition to the family. Malachi turned 2 months old on May 1st. And he has grown soo much. He is now developing the cutest personality! He is smiling a whole lot more....even laughs..(the greatest sound ever) He is also sleeping through the night completely. However, he is still having some breathing problems....The doctors really don't know whats wrong with him :/ But they gave my sister a heart monitor just in case of sleep apnea. So please continue to left him up in your prayers. Here are a few pics that I took of him of my recent Auntie time! :o)
